2,450 Social Housing Units Delivered in Kayaşehir, Istanbul
TOKI continues to deliver houses in Başakşehir Kayaşehir, Istanbul
The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) has announced that it is continuing to deliver houses in Başakşehir Kayaşehir, Istanbul, in addition to the houses delivered within the scope of 50 thousand and 100 thousand social housing projects throughout Turkey.
The 2nd phase of the Kayaşehir Social Housing Project, consisting of 794 houses, has been completed. These houses are designed with a horizontal and original architecture, near the public garden and the city hospital, with green areas, children’s playgrounds, indoor car parks and many social facilities.
Citizens whose delivery day came, after completing their transactions at the bank, stopped by the TOKİ housing delivery office and received the keys of their new homes.
Several citizens expressed their happiness and gratitude for finding their homes through TOKİ’s projects. Tuğçe Balarban, one of the citizens, expressed her happiness and gratitude, saying, “We toured the house that was handed over to us. There were minor problems in our flat, but they were very friendly and said they could fix it by noting it right away. They helped us a lot in this regard. We thank everyone very much. I hope projects like this will continue.”
Habip Alp thanked the state for the opportunity to own a house, saying, “May God not harm our state. It offered us such an opportunity. It was a dream for us to own a house. When I was coming, I saw the indoor car park, it has an open car park and a playground for children. It is a great blessing.”
Semih Kaya, another beneficiary of the social housing draw, expressed his gratitude, saying, “We received our house today. It turned out to be a very beautiful house, beyond our expectations. We thank TOKİ and our state. We hope everyone can own a house under these conditions.”
Sevda Akdemir, who is excited to receive her keys, stated, “My wife passed away. I have 3 orphaned children, at least we had a roof over our heads. I liked the interior of the house very much. It is of good quality, everything is in perfect condition, the doors are beautiful, the kitchen cabinets, the bathroom, everything was done perfectly.”
The delivery of a total of 2 thousand 450 houses will continue until February 14, 2024. This initiative by TOKİ is bringing joy and hope to many families in Turkey.
