
Abdullah Eren Visits Top Universities in Turkmenistan Orient

During his visit to Turkmenistan, Abdullah Eren, the Chairman of the Presidency of Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), made significant strides in strengthening educational ties between Turkey and Turkmenistan. Eren visited the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, as well as prominent higher education institutions in the country, including the International University for Humanities and Development, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, and Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly.
Meetings were held between Eren and the rectors of these universities to discuss future academic cooperation, exchange programs, and opportunities for Turkmen students to participate in Turkey’s educational initiatives. Eren commended the achievements of Turkmen universities in the fields of science, education, and international cooperation, highlighting the high level of student training. He expressed optimism for continued successful collaboration between the universities of the two countries.
At the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, Eren was presented with a special gift – the national Turkmen don and telpek, symbolizing the strong bond between Turkey and Turkmenistan in the educational field.
The visit of Abdullah Eren serves as a testament to the ongoing efforts to enhance academic partnerships between Turkey and Turkmenistan, fostering mutual growth and development in the educational sector.
