A Prisoner Swap Agreement Between Hamas and Israel
According to a written statement made by the Palestinian Prisoners Association, 30 Palestinian prisoners are expected to be released from Israeli prisons this evening. Among them, 15 are children under the age of 18 and 15 are women. The well-known Palestinian activist, Ahed Tamimi, is also among the prisoners expected to be released.
This release comes as part of a prisoner swap agreement between Hamas and Israel.
