Anvarjon Abdullayev appointed as governor of Kushtepa district
Ilyosbek Novikov, who has been the head of Kushtepa district since 2018, has recently resigned from his position. This decision led to the appointment of Anvarjon Abdullayev as the new governor of the district. The announcement of Abdullayev’s appointment was made at an extraordinary session of the Kushtepa District Council, which was attended by regional governor Khayrullo Bozorov.
During the session, an organizational issue related to the appointment of a new district governor was discussed, and Anvarjon Abdullayev’s candidacy was presented by regional governor Khayrullo Bozorov. The decision to appoint Abdullayev was unanimously supported by the Kushtepa district deputies, leading to his confirmation as the new governor.
Abdullayev, born in 1982 in Uzbekistan district, has a background in various administrative roles. He graduated from Fergana Polytechnic Institute in 2004 and has worked in different departments within the Fergana region since then. His most recent role was as the head of the Regional Poverty Reduction and Employment Department before his appointment as the governor of Kushtepa district.
It is important to note that Ilyosbek Novikov had been serving as the head of Kushtepa district since June 2018. His resignation marked the beginning of a new era with Anvarjon Abdullayev taking on the responsibilities of leading the district towards further development and progress.
