An Exhibition Honoring Artist David Arushayans Opens in Turkmenistan
Today marks the beginning of a creative exhibition at the Central Exhibition Gallery of the Department of Art Exhibitions and Fine Arts in Turkmenistan. Supported by the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan, this exhibition is dedicated to celebrating the 75th anniversary of the talented artist David Arushayans.
The exhibition will showcase approximately 100 paintings and graphic works by Arushayans, including pieces such as “Pomegranates”, “Expectation”, “Mother”, “Old Man”, and “Thoughts”, all created by the artist over the years. Born in 1950 in the Mary velayat (region) of Turkmenistan, Arushayans graduated from the Shota Rustaveli Turkmen State Art School (now the Turkmen State Special Art School) in 1970. Since then, his work has been featured in various international exhibitions, solidifying his reputation as a talented and renowned artist.
The opening of the exhibition is scheduled for 4:00 PM today, and it will be open to the public until March. This is a unique opportunity for art lovers and enthusiasts to explore the captivating works of David Arushayans and appreciate his artistic talent.
