Zonguldak Provincial Gendarmerie Command Takes Action Against Illegal Mines
The Zonguldak Provincial Gendarmerie Command has recently carried out a successful operation against illegal mines in the city. The operation targeted a mine located in the Kilimli district, resulting in the raid of the illegal site.
As a result of the operation, administrative proceedings were initiated against two suspects, and a significant amount of illegal materials were seized. This included 1 crane, 2 wagons, 20 meters of rail, and 4 tons of coal. Turkish Hard Coal Enterprise teams were promptly notified to destroy the illegal mine, ensuring that it no longer poses a threat.
Furthermore, TTK (Turkish Coal Enterprises) teams took swift action to render the illegal stove inoperable by using explosives. This proactive measure aims to prevent any further illegal mining activities in the area.
The successful operation highlights the commitment of the Zonguldak Provincial Gendarmerie Command and other relevant authorities to combat illegal mining activities in the region.
