
Azerbaijani President’s Representative and Lavrov Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Relations

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan, Khalaf Khalafov, recently met in Moscow to discuss the future of their countries’ bilateral relations and the upcoming Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia.
