President Tatar stated that the teachers, both assigned by the TRNC and living in England, at the Rauf Raif Denktaş Turkish School in London, make an effort to help the students learn their own culture and use Turkish better.

Pointing out that Turkish Cypriots live in many parts of the world, especially in London, President Tatar said that the fact that people here take their children to their own schools and enable them to participate in the activities of Turkish Cypriot associations makes him happy because the culture and traditions are passed on to the next generations.

Expressing that the TRNC should always strive to solve the problems of Turkish Cypriots living abroad, President Tatar emphasized that thanks to communication and technology, distances are shortened and people are getting closer.

President Tatar said that customs, traditions and customs should be transferred for those living abroad by using the opportunities of the age and the ties with the TRNC should be increased.

Stating that there are people living abroad, especially from England and Australia, who come to the TRNC and invest in business and housing, President Tatar emphasized that there are developments in the country’s higher education, tourism, construction, service and agriculture sectors.
