Blending Tradition and Modernity: Turkmenistan Pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka
The World Expo 2025 set to open in Osaka, Japan on April 13, 2025, will showcase the pavilion of Turkmenistan, highlighting the country’s commitment to sustainable development and peaceful foreign policy.
Designed as a light triangle symbolizing renewal and forward movement, the Turkmenistan Pavilion at the exhibition will take visitors on a virtual journey through the country’s history, culture, and natural resources. The three-level pavilion will also showcase achievements in various fields such as energy, industry, healthcare, education, and culture.
The pavilion’s third floor will feature a display of cultural values including Turkmen carpets, national embroidery, and museum exhibits. Visitors will also have the opportunity to indulge in Turkmen cuisine at the national restaurant and enjoy traditional green tea on the open terrace seated on Turkmen “tapchans”.
