BRTK Celebrates 100th Anniversary of Taekwondo with High Enthusiasm
Taekwondo, Judo, Karate, and Aikido were among the sports showcased during the 100th anniversary celebrations of the Republic of Turkey. As part of the events, the Taekwondo Judo Karate Aikido Federation organized the Hyong/Pumse Championship on October 29th, Republic Day.
The championship saw remarkable performances from various athletes in different categories. Ela Yağızsoy, Utku Kavin Yeleğen, Rezwan Zaman, Miray Mafraoğlu, Melek Ünver, Anelia Belen, Sümeyye Eylül Akfırat, Zehra Bilge Bayram, Zehra Naz Ağan, and Gizem Altıntaş emerged as the winners in their respective categories.
In the men’s category, Bekir Sov, Şiyar Ayaz Güngör, Sam Norouzi, Şakir Atınç Yağızsoy, Tuğra Tığ, and Ali Arpacıoğlu showcased their skills and claimed victory.
These sports events brought together athletes and enthusiasts to celebrate the Republic of Turkey’s significant milestone. The participants displayed their dedication and passion for their respective disciplines, adding excitement to the anniversary celebrations.
