Chairman of Romanian Parliament’s Senate Visits Azerbaijan – Official Trip Underway
Acting Chairman of the Senate of the Romanian Parliament, Mircea Abrudea, has embarked on an official visit to Azerbaijan. The esteemed delegation arrived at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, where the national flags of both countries were proudly displayed. The welcoming committee included Azay Guliyev, the head of the Milli Majlis working group on interparliamentary relations with Romania, as well as the respective Ambassadors of Azerbaijan and Romania to each other’s countries, Gudsi Osmanov and Vasile Soare.
During his stay, Mircea Abrudea is scheduled to engage in a series of meetings with Azerbaijani officials to discuss and exchange ideas on enhancing the bilateral relations between Romania and Azerbaijan. The visit marks a significant step towards strengthening the ties between the two nations and fostering cooperation in various areas of mutual interest.
