CNPC invites tenders for well development project in Turkmenistan Orient
China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) “International Ltd.” branch in Turkmenistan has announced a pre-qualification tender process for the onshore development of wellheads and flowlines in the “Bagtyyarlyk” contract area in Turkmenistan’s Lebap velayat.
Interested parties must submit an official application along with information about their company, including experience, activities, legal status, and financial indicators for the last three years. They must also demonstrate experience in similar projects over the past five years and provide a Certificate of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. Additionally, a bank guarantee must be ready to be provided if they pass the pre-qualification stage.
Pre-qualification documents must be prepared in English and Russian, numbered, stitched, and sent in sealed envelopes within 10 calendar days of the announcement’s publication.
