Conference on the 50th Anniversary of the Cyprus Peace Operation with Alternative Perspectives on its Place in Turkish History Held in Kyrenia – BRTK
President Ersin Tatar emphasized the importance of Turkey’s support for the Turkish Cypriot people to maintain their identity, culture, and national values on the island. He stated that in recent years, the value of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus has increased significantly, and Turkey is the most powerful and influential country in the region.
President Tatar spoke at a conference organized by the Turkish Cypriot Civil Servants Union on the 50th anniversary of the Cyprus Peace Operation. The conference, titled “Alternative Perspectives on the Place of the Cyprus Peace Operation in Turkish History,” was attended by various dignitaries from both Northern Cyprus and Turkey.
