Ermekbai Omoshev appointed head of Manas district of Talas region
President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov has signed an order appointing Ermekbai Omoshev as the head of the state administration – head of Manas district of Talas region. Omoshev has been relieved of his previous position to take on this new role.
