Ex-Girlfriend’s Suspected Killer Shot Twice at Door
On January 26, a tragic incident occurred in the Yaşamkent District of Çankaya, where MA shot and killed his ex-girlfriend Ayşegül Çınar who had come to his house with two other people. The victim, Ayşegül Çınar, died on the scene. After the incident, MA managed to escape but was later apprehended by the police in the slums of Sincan. Following his arrest, MA appeared in court and was subsequently charged with ‘intentional murder against a woman’.
During the investigation, MA made a statement at the prosecutor’s office, admitting to the crime. He stated, “That evening, Ayşegül came to my door with two other people I did not recognize. When she knocked, I opened the door and fired two shots, intending to scare her and make her leave. I had no intention of killing her and I regret my actions.”
