Former Karabakh Separatist Official Begins Hunger Strike in Detention, Family Reports
Ruben Vardanian, a former Russian citizen of Armenian descent who previously served as prime minister in the de facto government of Nagorno-Karabakh, has embarked on a hunger strike while in a Baku prison, according to his family.
