Health screening event held at Büyükkonuk Village Square
A health event was recently held in Büyükkonuk village square, organized by Mehmetçik Büyükkonuk Municipality and Cyprus Island City University Young World Doctors Club. The event took place yesterday from 10:00 to 13:30 and aimed to provide important health information and services to the local community.
During the event, attendees had the opportunity to receive information on General Anamnesis, Correct Teeth Brushing for Oral and Dental Health, as well as Blood Sugar Measurement and Blood Pressure Measurement. Additionally, there were stands set up for Rational Drug Use, Color Blindness, AIDS Information, and Heimlich Maneuver, where experts were available to answer any health-related questions and raise awareness about various health topics.
The collaboration between the municipality and the university’s Young World Doctors Club allowed for a successful and informative event that helped educate the community on important health issues. This initiative is a great example of the importance of community partnerships in promoting overall well-being and health awareness.
