High School Students Invited to Enter Subject Competition at Orient
The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, in collaboration with the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting, and Cinematography, is pleased to announce a subject competition titled “Education – the Path to Success” in celebration of the International Year of Peace and Trust. This competition is open to students in grades 10-12 of secondary schools.
The competition will consist of two stages focusing on the subjects of mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology. The initial stage will take place in a televised format using the SMS system and the website turkmentw.gov.tm. Questions will be presented in a test format, and students who answer 50 out of 60 questions correctly will qualify for the second stage. The final stage will be held in Ashgabat, with participants receiving special SMS notifications to attend in person.
Additionally, winners of subject competitions held by higher education institutions during the 2024-2025 academic year, finalists of state subject Olympiads, and members of the national team sent to international competitions by the Ministry of Education can proceed directly to the final stage without the need for the initial selection process.
Those who emerge victorious in the competition will be awarded diplomas and incentive prizes from the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. To register for the competition, interested individuals can send the code S25 to the short number 0530.
