Iran Urges Nuclear Cooperation with Saudi Arabia
Israel and Saudi Arabia could work together on peaceful nuclear technology, despite Israeli opposition to Saudi Arabia’s nuclear progress, according to Iranian news agency Nournews. The post suggested that sharing nuclear technology could be one of the main points of bilateral relations between the two countries. The statement was made on the same day that the Iranian embassy in Riyadh was reopened. Meanwhile, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in Saudi Arabia to discuss bilateral cooperation, regional issues and global issues. The two countries resumed diplomatic relations earlier this year after a seven-year hiatus.
