Italian Maples Planted in Osh City for $200 Each

In an effort to beautify the streets of Osh city, maples are being planted at a cost of $200 per tree. The City Hall has reported that the process of greening the streets is ongoing, with the goal of creating a more picturesque and environmentally-friendly urban environment.
Red-leaved maples have been planted on both sides of the road from the intersection of Kurmanjan Datka and Navoi streets to Aitiev Street. These young trees were imported from Italy along with soil to ensure their survival. Each tree costs between $200 and $250, reflecting the city’s commitment to investing in a greener future.
In addition to maples, the municipality has plans to plant other tree species such as ashes, catalpas, and acacias throughout Osh. Furthermore, the city will be adorned with an impressive 140,000 rose bushes, adding a colorful touch to public spaces.
