Kazakhstan Engages in Negotiations for Energy Projects with Turkmenistan
The national company QazaqGaz of Kazakhstan is currently in talks with the group of companies “Turkmengaz” to collaborate on significant energy projects. According to information from the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan, discussions are underway regarding the joint participation in the construction of the Turkmenistan–Afghanistan–Pakistan–India (TAPI) main gas pipeline.
Additionally, the parties are exploring possibilities for joint efforts in the development of Galkynysh, Turkmenistan’s largest gas field. These negotiations are part of an effort to strengthen the partnership between the two countries and enhance energy infrastructure in the region.
