Kemah Municipality Builds Bungalows to Host Tourists

The Erzincan Kemah Municipality, with the support of the Ministry, has recently constructed four bungalows on “Bayrak Tepe”, the dominant point of the district, to provide accommodation for tourists and guests. Situated on the banks of the Karasu River, these bungalows offer a breathtaking bird’s eye view of the natural beauty of the region, as well as the historical and touristic places of the district.

As part of their efforts to boost tourism, Kemah Mayor Osman Kemal Aslan stated that the municipality has undertaken various projects to showcase the rich history and culture of the district, and the construction of the bungalows in harmony with the natural surroundings is a testament to that. The objective is to increase the number of bungalows based on the demands from visitors.

Mayor Aslan emphasized the municipality’s commitment to improving the livability of the district, with plans to accommodate guests in the newly built bungalows on a daily, weekly, or 15-day basis. “We had these bungalow houses built on Bayrak Tepe, the most dominant hill of our district. Hopefully, we will offer all the beauties of our district to our guests here,” Aslan said.

The addition of these bungalows is a significant step in promoting the tourism potential of Kemah, providing visitors with a comfortable and picturesque place to stay as they explore the district’s natural and cultural wonders.
