Kyrgyz Temir Zholu State Enterprise to Construct Employee Resort
The Public-Private Partnership Center and NC Kyrgyz Temir Zholu state enterprise are joining forces to seek investors for the construction of a resort through the PPP mechanism. The primary objective of this initiative is to enhance tourism potential, upgrade infrastructure, and offer the community top-notch active recreation and leisure facilities, including the employees of the state enterprise.
Kyrgyz Temir Zholu will furnish interested parties with necessary documentation and showcase the specific land plot earmarked for construction within an incomplete sanatorium-preventorium situated in Kosh-Kol village in the Issyk-Kul region. The overall area of the site spans 9.55 hectares, out of which 6.5 hectares have been designated for construction purposes, while the remaining 3.05 hectares comprise the park and beach zone.
