Kyrgyzstan’s National Football Team Drops One Position in FIFA Ranking
The national football team of Kyrgyzstan has dropped to 98th place in the FIFA ranking, according to the updated list posted on the website of the International Federation. This news comes as the team drops one position compared to the previous ranking.
With a total of 211 teams in the ranking, the top five positions are held by Argentina, France, England, Belgium, and Brazil, respectively. The Kyrgyzstan team recently played two games in the qualifying round for the 2026 World Cup in November. During these games, they defeated Oman but unfortunately lost to Malaysia.
In addition to the national team, the women’s football team of Kyrgyzstan also holds a position in the ranking, sitting at 128th place out of 188.
