The Council of Judges reviewed a submission from the Prosecutor General on granting consent to hold Judge A.M.A. (Avazov Mirzat Abdisatarovich) from the Leninsky District Court accountable for his actions. Following the deliberations and discussions on the findings of the disciplinary commission, the Council decided to approve the Prosecutor General’s request. Judge Mirzat Avazov is facing suspicions of misconduct and bribery, under Articles 337 and 342 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
