Mandela’s Account Suspended for Supporting “Freedom Flotilla”
South African National Assembly Deputy Mandela’s Twitter account was suspended after declaring his support for the International Freedom Flotilla. The flotilla is gearing up to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza and break the Israeli blockade.
Deputy Mandela had traveled to Istanbul to attend the 5th Conference of the Inter-Parliamentary Jerusalem Platform and to show his support for the International Freedom Flotilla. The coalition, made up of various non-governmental organizations from 12 countries, is preparing to set sail for Gaza.
