Man’s Body Discovered in Alai District
Body of Missing Man Found in Alai District of Osh Region
The body of a missing man was found in the Alai district of the Osh region, according to a report from the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan.
The resident of Zhany-Alai village, 39, went missing on December 19, 2023, after leaving his house. The Ministry of Emergency Situations suspects that he may have fallen into a canal that runs through the village.
A search operation involving four rescuers, two employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and 15 local residents was launched. Unfortunately, the body of the missing local resident was discovered and handed over to law enforcement officers.
