Mexican University Students Establish Solidarity Camp for Gaza

University students in Mexico set up a solidarity camp with Gaza in protest of Israel’s attacks. The students, who gathered in front of the Rectorate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in Mexico City, called on the Mexican government to cut diplomatic relations with Israel.
In addition to supporting ongoing protests in the USA, the students also condemned the Israel policies of Canada and England. They expressed their solidarity with Gaza by planting Palestinian flags in the camp and vowed to continue their protests until their demands are met.
Meanwhile, another group called the “Students’ Organization Against the Genocide in Palestine” assembled at Mexico City College to hang banners and urge the Mexican government to take a stand against Israel’s actions.
Mexican citizens have been actively protesting Israel’s attacks on Gaza, with frequent demonstrations being held in front of the Israeli Embassy in Mexico City. The calls for solidarity and action against the violence in Gaza continue to grow as the students and activists demand justice and peace for the Palestinian people.
