MFA working to increase the number of checkpoints on the border with Kazakhstan
Deputy Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Almaz Imangaziev, recently reported at a meeting of Parliament about the ministry’s efforts to increase the number of checkpoints on the border with Kazakhstan. This initiative aims to address the issue of long queues of trucks waiting at the border.
Imangaziev mentioned that the ministry is working on implementing navigation seals and is in constant negotiations with the Kazakh side. He expressed confidence that this strategy will help gradually resolve the problem of truck accumulations at the border.
