Minister Soylu: No Terrorist Nests in Northern Syria and Iraq
Interior Minister and Istanbul 2nd Region Deputy Candidate, Süleyman Soylu, addressed citizens during his election campaign activities in Istanbul’s Beylikdüzü Fish Market. Soylu met with local fishermen before getting on an election bus to speak to the public. The Interior Minister stated that he would return earthquake victims to their homes within one year and fight terrorism in Syria and Iraq to the end. Soylu also criticized presidential candidate Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, questioning his ability to run the country and stating that he loses sheep within half an hour. The Minister urged citizens to support President Erdoğan in the upcoming elections and promised an increase in Turkey’s economic development. Soylu also sang a short part of a popular song during his speech.
