Ministry of Health Announces Recruitment of 36,000 Contracted Personnel
The Ministry of Health in Turkey has announced plans to recruit 36,000 contracted personnel to help carry out health services effectively and efficiently in areas where recruiting permanent staff is challenging.
This decision, signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and published in the Official Gazette, outlines the details of the recruitment process. Among the 36,000 personnel to be hired, there will be 1 dietitian, 9 midwives, 2 nurses, 25 health officers, 1 health technician, 3,498 physicians, and 32,464 specialist physicians.
The recruitment decision is in accordance with Articles 1 and 3 of Law No. 4924 dated 10/7/2003. This move is aimed at boosting the healthcare workforce in Turkey and ensuring that all citizens have access to quality healthcare services.
