During a recent meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers, M. Chakyev, presented a proposal for the upgrade to the Head of State. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed the importance of efficiently utilizing the country’s modern railway infrastructure and called for the organization of railway station operations in line with current requirements.

Following the approval of the proposal, the Head of State instructed the agency’s leadership to take the necessary steps for its implementation. This move highlights Turkmenistan’s commitment to enhancing its railway facilities to meet the growing demands of the industry.
