A recent survey conducted by the WWF revealed that an estimated 953 adult snow leopards currently inhabit Mongolia. These magnificent cats have made their homes across an expansive area of approximately 328,900 square kilometers encompassing the Altai, Sayan, and Khangai Mountain ranges.
Remarkably, Mongolia boasts the second-largest population of snow leopards, surpassed only by China.
