8-year-old Narin Güran’s Tragic Story: Bones Found in a Sack
In a heartbreaking turn of events, 8-year-old Narin Güran was found dead in a sack, sparking a wave of shock and grief in the community. The bone pieces discovered in the sack were carefully examined and then sent to her hometown for a proper burial.
The young girl was reported missing by her family on August 21 in Diyarbakır. Tragically, 19 days later, Narin’s lifeless body was discovered, leaving her loved ones devastated. Despite the arrest of 12 individuals in connection to the case, authorities are still diligently investigating to bring the perpetrators to justice.
On the day Narin’s body was found, her tibia and other bone fragments were sent to Istanbul for further examination. Following the autopsy, the bones were laid to rest in the cemetery of Tavşantepe District. The grave where Narin was originally buried was opened, and the bones were buried alongside her remains.
As the community mourns the loss of young Narin Güran, the search for answers and justice continues. May she rest in peace.
