Neymar parts ways with Al-Hilal club in Saudi Arabia

Brazilian football star Neymar has officially parted ways with Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal, as confirmed in a statement released on the club’s website.
The announcement stated that both Neymar and Al-Hilal reached a mutual agreement to terminate the contract. The club expressed gratitude for Neymar’s contributions during his time with Al-Hilal and extended their best wishes for his future endeavors.
Neymar, 32 years old and renowned as one of the most skillful players in global football, joined Al-Hilal in August 2023 following successful spells with Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain. His time with Al-Hilal, however, was marked by a one-year absence due to an injury sustained while playing for the national team in October 2023. Despite the setback, Neymar made 7 appearances for Al-Hilal, scoring 1 goal and providing 3 assists.
It is now anticipated that Neymar will return to his roots by signing a contract with Santos, the club where his illustrious football career began.
