Turkey Appoints New Ambassador to Mali and Government Officials
Turkey has appointed Efe Ceylan as its new ambassador to Mali, following the withdrawal of Murat Mustafa Onart to the center. The decision was announced in the Official Gazette.
In addition, Ali Tolga Kaya has been appointed as the Deputy Director General of Central Europe, Scandinavia and the Baltics at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Meanwhile, the Ministry of National Education has filled vacant Chief Inspector positions with İrfan Kaya, Mehmet Özgül, Memet Birdal, Oktay Öztürk and Yaşar Keles.
These appointments suggest that Turkey is continuing its efforts to strengthen its diplomatic relations with different countries and to improve its governance structure.
