Oguz Han University’s Innovation Technology Competition: Orient 2022
The Oguz Han engineering and technology university in Turkmenistan has launched an exciting innovation technology competition for citizens under the age of 35. This competition invites participants to showcase their innovative projects in various fields such as IT, biotechnology, cybersecurity, and more.
Participants can submit working prototypes of websites, software, mobile applications, robots, electronic devices, and other innovative solutions. The projects should either be based on new ideas or improved versions of existing solutions. Both individual and team applications are welcome, with teams consisting of up to 3 members.
The competition will take place in two stages. The first stage requires participants to submit their applications by April 1, 2025, either through a Google form or via email. By May 1, 2025, participants must submit a full version of their projects along with a presentation and a short video.
The results of the first stage will be announced by May 20, 2025, on the university’s website, and participants will be notified through phone or SMS. The finalists will then participate in the Innovation technology exhibition-competition from June 5 to June 12, 2025, at the university.
Winners of the competition will be awarded on June 12, 2025, during the International scientific-practical conference organized by the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. Awards include the Grand Prize, 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place, with additional benefits such as recommendation letters from the university.
