Voters can use the same addresses as the first round.
Germany currently has the highest number of Turkish voters and they can vote between 8:00 and 23:00 in 13 consulate regions. In the other 4 polling stations, voting hours will be from 9:00 to 21:00. Unregistered voters are encouraged to check their registration status on the official website of the Supreme Election Board. If they are not registered, they must go to the consulate and register in the foreign electoral register.
The votes from abroad will be brought back to Turkey using similar methods from the first round. Diplomatic couriers will bring the votes to Turkey and they will be counted with the other votes after the ballot boxes close on May 28th. All votes will be counted on May 28th.
