The incident reportedly took place at Fatih Primary School in the city center, where English teacher Emine D. allegedly wrote the name of a mischievous student in a WhatsApp group intended for parents. This action seemingly angered parent A.Ş., who then proceeded to confront Emine D. in the school corridor, leading to a heated argument.
Things quickly escalated as A.Ş. grabbed Emine D. by the collar when she sought refuge in the teachers’ room. Following the incident, Emine D. sought medical attention and obtained a report detailing the assault.
In response to the alleged assault, authorities took A.Ş. to the police station for questioning and to provide his statement regarding the altercation.
