Portal of State Electronic Services in Turkmenistan Offers Over 777,000 Services
The Unified Portal of State Electronic Services and Functions of Turkmenistan, known as “e.gov.tm,” has reached a significant milestone with over 777,000 services rendered since its establishment. Managed by the “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency, the portal has also gained approximately 75,000 registered users.
In the current month of April 2025 alone, the portal has been accessed by 532 individuals, showcasing its increasing popularity among the citizens of Turkmenistan.
“e.gov.tm” serves as a modern platform that allows citizens to access a wide range of state services online. The portal offers a mobile application that can be downloaded on both Android and IOS platforms, ensuring convenience for users on the go. With a user-friendly interface, the portal is designed to cater to individuals of all age groups.
Available in both Turkmen and Russian languages, the portal offers services such as managing communication and utility services, making payments, ordering products, buying tickets, and utilizing features like the “online library” and “e-school.” Users can also access legal assistance, weather forecasts, and currency exchange rates provided by the Central Bank of Turkmenistan round the clock.
The “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency continues to improve and expand the capabilities of the portal to enhance user experience and convenience.
