During the latest Consultative Meeting, Uzbekistan’s President Shavkat Mirziyoyev was honored with the Central Asian Leaders’ Honorary Medal in recognition of his significant contributions to fostering friendship, good neighborliness, and mutual understanding among the countries of the region.
In a ceremonial event, President Mirziyoyev expressed his gratitude to the Central Asian leaders for the prestigious award. He highlighted that this recognition symbolizes the collective achievements in strengthening regional cooperation and strategic partnership among their countries.
“Thanks to our political will and joint efforts, Central Asia has become a space of good neighborliness, mutually beneficial cooperation, and sustainable development,” stated Shavkat Mirziyoyev in his speech.
The president emphasized that coordinated activities have led to the multiplication of trade and investment volume, implementation of large-scale cooperation projects, and establishment of cross-border trade zones, value chains, and modern transport and energy infrastructure.
