According to the statement released by GWR, Williams spent 2 million naira (approximately 2,493 dollars) on the materials for the wig, which she made in a span of 11 days. She utilized wig tulle and black fabric attached to a bicycle helmet as the base, and then used 1000 bundles of hair, 12 cans of hair spray, 35 cans of hair glue, and 6,250 buckles to complete the wig.

Williams, who has been working professionally in the wig making industry for 8 years in Lagos, Nigeria, produces between 50 to 300 wigs a week and also provides training to hundreds of people in the field.
