Manchester City Extends Goalkeeper Scott Carson’s Contract Until 2024
Manchester City has extended the contract of English goalkeeper Scott Carson until June 2024. The 37-year-old’s contract was set to expire at the end of this season.
Carson has had an eventful career, starting his professional journey in 2003, and serving in teams like Leeds United, Liverpool, Aston Villa, West Bromwich Albion, Wigan, and Derby County. He even played for the Turkish club Bursaspor for a while.
Carson has also represented the England National Team on four occasions, and played two matches for Manchester City, where he was transferred as a substitute in 2019.
