
Student Teams from the Orient Triumph in Brain Ring Competition for Future Diplomats

A Brain Ring Competition Celebrates International Year of Peace and Trust in Turkmenistan
A brain ring competition dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust, the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality, and the Day of Diplomatic Workers was recently held on February 17 at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Turkmenistan. Teams from various prestigious educational institutions participated in the intellectual tournament, including the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, the International University for the Humanities and Development, and the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammed Azadi.
The competition proved to be a tough battle of wits and knowledge, with the team from the Institute of International Relations emerging as the ultimate winner. Their demonstration of deep knowledge and erudition secured them the first-place position. Following closely behind, the representatives of the International University for the Humanities and Development claimed the second-place title, while students from the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly took home the third-place prize. All winners were graciously awarded valuable prizes from the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan.
Beyond the competitive aspect, the brain ring competition served as a platform for discussing pressing issues in international politics and fostering a sense of patriotism among the younger generation. It provided an opportunity for students to showcase their expertise and passion for diplomacy and international relations.
The event was a celebration of intellect and camaraderie, highlighting the importance of peace, trust, and diplomacy in today’s global landscape.
