The Champions of the “Talyp Gözeli” Beauty Contest
The final stage of the beauty contest “Talyp gözeli – 2025” took place on March 5 at the Magtymguly Music and Drama Theater. Organized by the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Union of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, and the Central Council of the Women’s Union of Turkmenistan, the contest featured female students from higher educational institutions competing in various stages to showcase their professional skills, resourcefulness, beauty, manners, and knowledge of national traditions in honor of International Women’s Day.
Aylar Charyeva, a 1st-year student of the Faculty of Turkmen Language and Literature at the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, claimed the main prize based on the jury’s evaluation. Ogulhajar Gulova, a student of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management, secured the 1st place. The 2nd place was shared by Guljahan Khodjaeva from the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University and Kumush Annabaeva from the Dovletmammet Azadi Institute of World Languages of Turkmenistan. The 3rd place was awarded to Gulshirin Mamanova from the Turkmen State Institute of Finance, Sahydursun Myatieva from the Maya Kulieva Turkmen National Conservatory, and Akmaral Yagmurova from the Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute.
During the final stage, Egenmamedova Azatgul Merdanovna, a 2nd-year student of the International Oil and Gas University named after Yagshigeldy Kakayev, received an honorary diploma and the title of “The most skilled needlewoman.”
The winners and active participants were honored with Certificates of Honor and valuable gifts at the end of the contest.
