Toktogul Reservoir Holds Over 10 Billion Cubic Meters of Water
On June 8, 2024, the 24.kg news agency reported that the water volume in the Toktogul reservoir in Kyrgyzstan reached 10,035 billion cubic meters as of June 7, 2024. This marks an increase of 1,291 billion cubic meters compared to the same date last year.
According to Electric Stations JSC, the water inflow into the reservoir is currently at 765 cubic meters per second, which is 46 cubic meters more than the previous year. Additionally, the flow rate is at 425 cubic meters per second, showing an increase of 30 cubic meters compared to last year.
