Tragic Death of Driver Involved in Izmir Accident
A fatal car accident took place on Kemalpaşa Street in Örnekköy District around 11:30 pm. The car, bearing plate number 35 AN 4011 and driven by Hüseyin Zağlı, veered off course while traveling on the road. The driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to crash into a wall by the roadside. Subsequently, the car caught fire after the collision. Witnesses of the incident promptly alerted emergency services, including health, police, and the fire department. Upon arrival, firefighters extinguished the flames engulfing the car, while police officers secured the area. Medical personnel later confirmed that the driver, Zağlı, had unfortunately passed away in the accident. Following an examination by the public prosecutor, Zağlı’s body was sent to the Izmir Forensic Medicine Institute for further investigation. Authorities are currently conducting an inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident.
