Transitioning to Electronic Appointments: Azerbaijan Consulate in Ashgabat
Starting May 1, 2025, the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Turkmenistan will be changing its citizen reception process. From that date onwards, appointments will be required for all visits to the Consular Section.
To schedule an appointment, individuals must use the electronic queue portal, which can be accessed through the following link: https://ashgabat.mfa.gov.az/az/category/elektron-nobat-portaly. Through this portal, applicants can choose a suitable date and time for their visit.
This new appointment system has been introduced with the goal of increasing the efficiency of the Consular Section’s operations and enhancing the quality of services provided to citizens.
This change reflects the Embassy’s commitment to improving its services and ensuring a better experience for all individuals seeking assistance from the Consular Section.
