Exhibition of Turkmen Goods Kicks Off in Gurgen, Iran
On May 5th, an exciting exhibition showcasing products manufactured in Turkmenistan commenced in the city of Gurgen, within the Islamic Republic of Iran. This event features over 50 companies, highlighting the rich diversity of Turkmenistan’s export-oriented goods.
The exhibition primarily focuses on products from key sectors of Turkmenistan’s economy, including textiles, agriculture, and food production, as well as various other industries with significant export potential.
A special emphasis is placed on the contributions of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, which showcases the vital role of the private sector in the nation’s export development.
Among the showcased products, the offerings from the Turkmenbashy Complex of Oil Refineries stand out. This leading enterprise provides high-quality petrochemical products that are exported to various countries, including those in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Its participation in the exhibition underscores the diverse nature of Turkmenistan’s export capabilities.
The choice of Gurgen as the exhibition venue is strategically significant. Situated in northern Iran, Gurgen is a vital economic hub with well-developed infrastructure, fostering trade connections not only within Iran but also with Central Asian countries.
