State Concern “Türkmengaz” Announces Open Tender for Material and Technical Resources
The State Concern “Türkmengaz” has announced an open tender No. T/GAZ-03 for the procurement of material and technical resources from February 6 to March 19, 2025.
The tender includes two lots:
– Lot No. 2 – General plant equipment
– Lot No. 5 – Auxiliary products
In order to participate in the tender, companies must meet the following requirements:
– Submit a written application from a company registered and having a bank account (applications from companies registered in offshore zones will not be accepted).
– Familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan on Tenders for the supply of goods, performance of work, and provision of services for state needs, the Tender Rules, and the list of required documents for participation.
– Obtain lot specifications, technical requirements, and key contract conditions.
The submission address for the proposals is Ashgabat, Archabil shaely, 56, 13th floor, UKPO SC “Türkmengaz”. The participation fee is 500 USD or the equivalent in Turkmen manats (excluding VAT and banking costs) per lot.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the full tender proposal, stamped with a company seal. The envelope must include an electronic version of the application form, key contract conditions (in Word format), and a technical and economic specification (in Excel format).
The deadline for proposal submission is until 15:00 (local time) on March 19, 2025. Any proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
